We believe in enhancing the environment by the integration of its new property developments via the protection of existing qualities. Planning policy and building regulations state what environmental legislation we are to comply with on all property developments.

Construction activities always have an impact on the surrounding environment, we understand our responsibility to reduce the impacts of actions carried out on our sites.

Our Aims:

• Recycling unused materials, eg demolition works

• Minimising the pollution from noise

• Minimising waste produced from building sites

• Protection of existing natural characteristics of development eg Animal habitats

We ensure that all of our employees are aware of the issues involved with the environment in the construction industry and how that can assist in meeting the above aims set by the company.

Based in Staffordshire on the edge of Cannock Chase, an area of outstanding natural beauty, we endeavour to build beautiful new homes that fit seamlessly in their environment and take the greatest care to ensure they have a minimal effect on surrounding wildlife.
